We had a pretty uneventful flight over. We were delayed leaving Philadelphia but made the time up in flight. The students were very quiet and great on the plane. Most slept which is good because today is a long day. Even Mr Slater slept, which Martinez can prove because she didn't. Guess who was sitting behind whom? Slater blamed the noise coming from the guy sitting behind him, which happened to be Jailynn and Jennifer.
We arrived in Reutlingen to Blue skies and warm weather . A beautiful day after 2 days of heavy rain. The bags were unloaded and students whisked away with families. I hope they are staying awake . I know I am having a difficult time keeping my head upright. But the 8:00pm witching hour is fast approaching.
Tomorrow we begin our adventures in ernest with a reception and bowling smack down.
